السيدة علا عوض، رئيس الإحصاء الفلسطيني، تستعرض الذكرى بالأرقام والإحصائيات

استعرضت السيدة علا عوض، رئيس الإحصاء الفلسطيني عشية ذكرى يوم الأرض 30/03/2017 بالأرقام والإحصائيات حيث إشارات أن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي يستغل أكثر من 85% من مساحة فلسطين التاريخية والبالغة حوالي 27,000 كم²، حيث لم يتبقى للفلسطينيين سوى حوالي 15% من مساحة الأراضي فقط، وبلغت نسبة الفلسطينيون 48% من إجمالي السكان في فلسطين التاريخية، وتأتي ذكرى يوم الارض رداً على قرار سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بمصادرة 21 ألف دونم من أراضي الجليل والمثلث والنقب في الثلاثين من آذار عام 1976، يحيي الشعب الفلسطيني ذكرى يوم الأرض سنوياً، والذي كان من أبرز نتائجه استشهاد ستة من الشبان الفلسطينيين، وقد أصبح هذا اليوم ذكرى لتخليد وتجسيد تمسك الشعب الفلسطيني بأرضه ووطنه وتخليدا لشهداء يوم الأرض.

استعرضت السيدة عوض، رئيس الإحصاء الفلسطيني ذكرى يوم الأرض 30/03/2017 بالأرقام والإحصائيات، على النحو الآتي:

40% من مساحة الضفة الغربية تم تحويلها لأراضي دولة من قبل سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي

بعد الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة عام 1967، قامت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي بنقل ملكية الأراضي التي كانت تديرها السلطات الأردنية والأراضي المسجلة بأنها أراضي دولة منذ العهد العثماني، ونقلت سلطة التصرف بهذه الأراضي لها، وجمدت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي عمليات تسجيل الأراضي للفلسطينيين، وألغت جميع التسجيلات غير المكتملة وبهذا حرمت السكان الفلسطينيين من حق التصرف في ملكية أراضيهم. وبلغت مساحة هذه الأراضي في ذاك الوقت ما يقارب 527 ألف دونم، ومع نهاية العام 1973 قامت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي بإضافة أكثر من 160 ألف دونم كأراضي دولة، واستمرت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي بسياستها الهادفة لنهب الأرض الفلسطينية، حيث قامت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي بالإعلان عن أكثرَ من 900 ألف دونم من أراضي الضفة الغربية كأراضي دولة بين الأعوام 1979-2002. واستمراراً لسياسة نهب الأرض الفلسطينية من خلال إعلانها أراضي دولة قامت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي بعد ذلك بإعداد مخططات تسجيل لأكثر من 660 ألف دونم من أراضي الضفة الغربية لتسجيلها كأراضي دولة. وبذلك يبلغ مجموع الأراضي المصنفة كأراضي دولة في الضفة الغربية أكثر من 2,247 ألف دونم أي ما يعادل حوالي 40% من إجمالي مساحة الضفة الغربية.

القدس 2016 : سياسة الاحتلال الاسرائيلي مستمرة في هدم المباني الفلسطينية

في الوقت الذي تقوم به سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي بهدم المباني الفلسطينية، ووضع العراقيل والمعوقات لإصدار تراخيص البناء للفلسطينيين، تقوم بالمصادقة على تراخيص بناء ألاف الوحدات السكنية في المستعمرات الإسرائيلية المقامة على أراضي القدس، حيث قامت سلطات الاحتلال خلال العام 2016 بهدم نحو 309 مباني تشتمل على مساكن ومنشآت تجارية وصناعية وزراعية، كما تم اصدار نحو 227 امر هدم، ومن ابرز عمليات الهدم التي قامت بها سلطات الاحتلال في القدس؛ هدمها المدرسة الوحيدة في تجمع ابو نوار شرق بلدة العيزرية والتي تتكون من 6 غرف صفية، بالإضافة الى هدم مسجد قيد الإنشاء في بلدة صور باهر.

48% من مساحة المستعمرات الاسرائيلية مقامة على أراضي ذات ملكية خاصة للفلسطينيين

بلغ عدد المواقع الاستعمارية والقواعد العسكرية الإسرائيلية في نهاية العام 2015 في الضفة الغربية 413 موقع، منها 150 مستعمرة و119 بؤرة استعمارية، وتجدر الاشارة الى أن حوالي 48% من مساحة المستعمرات الاسرائيلية مقامة على أراضي ذات ملكية خاصة للفلسطينيين، وقد صادقت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي في العام 2016 على 115 مخطط استيطاني جديد يشمل على بناء أكثر من 5,000 وحدة سكنية في المستعمرات الإسرائيلية في الضفة الغربية، في الوقت الذي لا تسمح فيه سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للفلسطينيين من البناء وتضع كافة العراقيل الامر الذي يشدد الخناق والتضييق على التوسع العمراني للفلسطينيين خاصة في القدس والمناطق المسماة (ج) والتي تزيد مساحتها عن 60% من مساحة الضفة الغربية والتي ما زالت تقع تحت السيطرة الكاملة للاحتلال الإسرائيلي، حيث تمت المصادقة من قبل سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي على 4 مخططات هيكلية فقط في التجمعات الفلسطينية من أصل 97 مخطط تم تقديمه للمصادقة عليه خلال أخر 5 سنوات، بالإضافة إلى جدار الضم والتوسع والذي عزل أكثر من 12% من مساحة الضفة الغربية، أما فيما يتعلق بعدد المستعمرين في الضفة الغربية فقد بلغ 617,291 مستعمراً نهاية العام 2015، ويتضح من البيانات أن حوالي 47% من المستعمرين يسكنون في محافظة القدس حيث بلغ عـددهم حوالي 292,555 مستعمراً منهم 214,135 مستعمراً في القدس J1 (ذلك الجزء من محافظة القدس الذي ضمته سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي عنوة بعيد احتلالها للضفة الغربية عام 1967)، وتشكل نسبة المستعمرين إلى الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية حوالي 21 مستعمراً مقابل كل 100 فلسطيني، في حين بلغت أعلاها في محافظة القدس حوالي 69 مستعمراً مقابل كل 100 فلسطيني.

سياسة التطهير العرقي بحق الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية

واصلت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي سياسة التطهير العرقي بحق المواطنين الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية من خلال سياسة هدم المنازل والمنشآت بهدف اقتلاع المواطنين من أراضيهم، فمنذ بداية العام 2016 تم هدم وتدمير حوالي 1,023 منزلاً ومنشأه في مختلف مناطق الضفة الغربية، منها 309 عمليات هدم في محافظة القدس، و714 عملية هدم في باقي محافظات الضفة الغربية؛ بالاضافة الى اصدار اخطارات هدم لاكثر من 657 منزلاً ومنشاه خلال العام 2016، وقد أدت عمليات الهدم الى تشريد اكثر من 1,620 مواطن فلسطيني نصفهم من الأطفال.

حصار مستمر لقطاع غزة

على الرغم من صغر مساحة قطاع غزة اقام الاحتلال الإسرائيلي منطقة عازلة على طول الشريط الحدودي بعرض يزيد عن 1,500م على طول الحدود الشرقية للقطاع وبهذا يسيطر الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على حوالي 24% من مساحة القطاع البالغة 365 كم² والذي يعتبر من اكثر المناطق ازدحاما وكثافة للسكان في العالم بحوالي 5,000 فرد/كم².

On the Eve of the 41st Anniversary of Land Day March 30^th, 2017

Israeli Occupation Authorities laid hand over more than 85% of the total area of historical land of Palestine, which totals about 27,000 km². Arabs comprise 48% of the total population, but utilize only 15% of the land. The Palestinian people remember the confiscation of 21 thousand dunums of land in Al-Jalil, Al-Muthalth and Al-Naqab on 30 March 1976. On this day, the Israeli Authorities expropriated the land and responded violently to the protestations, killing six young demonstrators.

40% of the West Bank Area Have Been Converted to State Land by Israeli Occupation

After the Israeli Occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip in 1967, the Israeli Occupation Authorities started to transfer ownership land registers which was run by the Jordanian authorities, and land which was considered as a state land since the Ottoman era and transferred authority to act in this land to them, and froze the land registrations for the Palestinians, and canceled all incomplete registers. the Palestinian

Citizens were deprived of the right to dispose their land ownership. The area of land reached in that time, about 527 thousand dunums, and by the end of 1973, the Israeli Occupation Authorities have added more than 160 thousand dunums as a state land. Israeli Occupation Authorities has continued its policy which aimed at plundering the Palestinian land. In addition, the Israeli Occupation Authorities announced more than 900 thousand dunums as a state land between the years 1979-2002, in a continuation of the Israeli Occupation policy of looting Palestinian land by announcing more than 660 thousand dunums of the Palestinian land to be as a state land. The total land classified as Israeli Occupation state land in the West Bank reached more than 2,247 thousand dunums, representing about 40% of the total area of the West Bank.

Continuously Israeli Occupation Policy of Palestinian Buildings Demolitions in Jerusalem

At the time that the Israeli Occupation Authorities demolish Palestinian buildings, and put obstacles and impediments to the issuance of building permits, they approve licenses to construct thousands of housing units in Israeli settlements on the Palestinian lands of Jerusalem, where the Occupation Authorities demolished about 309 buildings (housing and establishment) during the year 2016, in addition to issuing about 227 demolition orders. The major demolitions carried out by the Israeli Occupation Authorities in Jerusalem, was in Abu Nawar locality, targeting the only school there, which consisted of six classrooms; in addition to the demolition of an under-construction mosque in Sur Bahir.

48% of the Built Up Area of Israeli Settlements on Palestinian Private Owned Land

There were 413 Israeli Occupation constructions in the West Bank (including 150 settlements and 119 outposts) by the end of 2015. Furthermore, about 48% of the built up area of Israeli settlements are located on Palestinian privately owned land. In 2016 Israeli Occupation Authorities ratified 115 new settlement master plan, which includes the construction of over 5,000 housing units in Israeli settlements in the West Bank. These same authorities deprived Palestinians of their right to build and laid obstacles, undermining any potential urban expansion, especially for the Palestinians in Jerusalem and Area "C", which is under full Israeli Occupation control. It should be noted that Area "C" constitutes over 60% of the West Bank area; while only four master plans were approved by the Israeli Occupation Authorities, out of 97 Palestinian master plans submitted for Israeli Authorities' approval, during the last 5 years. The Expansion and Annexation Wall, also isolates more than 12% of the West Bank land. Data findings indicate that the total number of settlers in the West Bank was 617,291 by the end of 2015, 292,555 of whom lived in Jerusalem Governorate, 214,135 of these were living in Jerusalem J1 (that part of Jerusalem, which was annexed forcefully by Israeli Occupation Authorities following its occupation of the West Bank in 1967). In demographic terms, the proportion of settlers to the Palestinian population in West Bank is around 21 settlers per 100 Palestinians compared with 69 settlers per 100 Palestinians in Jerusalem governorate.

Policy of Ethnic Cleansing Against Palestinians in the West Bank

The Israeli Occupation Authorities have continued their policy of ethnic cleansing against Palestinian citizens in the West Bank through the policy of demolishing houses and establishments in order to uproot citizens from their land. During the year 2016, Israeli Occupation Authorities demolished 1,023 houses and establishment in the West Bank (309 of them in Jerusalem Governorate, and 714 in the rest governorates of West Bank). In addition to issuing 657 demolition orders. The demolitions led to the displacement of more than 1,620 Palestinian citizens, half of them are children.

Continuous Siege on Gaza Strip

Despite the small area of Gaza Strip, the Israeli Occupation set up a buffer zone over more than 1,500 m along the eastern border of Gaza Strip.

Consequently, the Israeli Occupation usurps about 24% of the total area of Gaza strip (365 km²), which is considered the most populous area in the world with about 5,000 capita/km².
