| Dear ?????, We have something different for you this time. Next Saturday, 18th Feb, we are organizing a cooking class with both Palestinian and French chefs. Starting at 3pm in the afternoon, followed by book presentation and some food eating for everyone! Claire (Author of the recently published book: Chroniques Culinaires de Jerusalem) will teach you how to make French Pissaladiere, while Najwa, (the chef at the bookshop) will teach you how to make the delicious Fatayer Zatar. Plus many more side dishes. All materials are provided, and the class will be limited to 12 individuals. So if you interested, please email Mahmoud now. The training will be at the function room of the bookshop. Later at 6pm, everyone is welcome to join-in to taste the prepared food, and to celebrate the publication of Claire's newly published book.
