| Dear ?????, You are invited to our upcoming event: Rights, Rituals and contestation, the Holy City of Jerusalem" a talk by Michael Dumper with comments by Raja Khalidi. The event will be on Thursday the 4th February at 18:30, at Dar Issaf Nashashibi in Sheikh Jarrah. Professor Dumper will talk about the successes and the failures of the Israeli control over the city, including the Old City and the Holy Sites. Mr. Khalidi will compliment the discussion with remarks on the economic issue that the city and its inhapitants are facing. This will be a very informative talk on Jerusalem since 1967 from the prospective of experts in Geography, History and Economy. This event is organised jointly between the Kenyon Institute, the Educational Bookshop, Dar al-Tifel al-Arabi and the Khalidi Library in Jerusalem.
